Custom Event Services Quote Request Form

This inquiry form is intended for clients who are actively seeking catering and/or event services and are ready to begin the official quoting process. It is not designed for preliminary planning stages, casual pricing research, or general informational inquiries.

The following details are required for submittal:
• Contact First & Last Name - Not a company name

• A secured event date
• A secured venue/location
• An estimated realistic budget range
• An estimated Guest Count

Please note we do not offer generalized pricing, as every quote is custom-built based on event details, service style, menu selections, staffing, rentals, logistics, venue requirements, and overall scope of service.

Please note custom menus — including buffets, plated meals, bentos/boxed meals, specialty stations, and other custom service styles — will vary in pricing structure and are quoted individually based on selections and event needs.

The only exception to the above applies to clients specifically seeking Planning or Coordination Services. If you are interested in dedicated Planning or Coordination Services, those services are available separately and require payment in advance prior to any consultation, planning, vendor coordination, or event management work being performed.

Submissions containing incomplete, placeholder, or non-serious information may be declined or closed without follow-up.

Is your event within 72 hours?

Unfortunately, due to the time-sensitive nature of the request, we are unable to accommodate or secure orders within a 72-hour timeframe. Our team requires advance notice to properly source ingredients, coordinate staffing, and ensure the quality and service standards we provide for every event.

Is your event within 72 hours - 2 weeks?

Due to the limited timeframe, we recommend submitting a finalized order through our Easy Order Form instead of the Full Quote Request Form.

The Easy Order Form is intended for:
• Pick-up orders
• Delivery orders
• Drop-off catering (includes up to 1 hour setup/service)
• Finalized menu selections

Custom quotes and full-service events require additional time for planning, revisions, staffing, rentals, logistics, and communication. Because our team is actively servicing confirmed clients and scheduled events, we may not be able to accommodate extensive custom planning for short-notice inquiries.

Clients are welcome to submit a finalized menu order first and then email additional service requests or wishlist items for review based on availability.

Please monitor your email closely and respond promptly to communications, as quick responses greatly improve the possibility of accommodating additional requests before availability closes.
